    PRO-File:
  • LI: CNC Machine Set-Up Operator - To establish, plan, support, implement, measure, analyze, adjust and/or maintain processes or activities that ensure the quality system is effective, and that products, processes and services meet internal and external customer requirements and expectations
  • Ed: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; and/or Professional Engineer, and/or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or equiv.; and/or a minimum of 5t years qualifying experience
  • Exp: at least 5 yrs. experience
  • Skills: Excellent communications skills, with ability to read and analyze complex information. Advanced math skills, with ability to interpret technical data, in mathematical or diagram form. Torough knowledge in mechanical inspection techniques. In-depth knowledge and implementation of statistical techniques, with ability to identify, analyze and define possible solutions for continuous product and process improvement. Good knowledge and understanding of computer programs, applications and databases. Must successfully complete Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9000 Training. May be required to attend internal classes according to Training Procedure 080-00
  • Att: ability to work under minimal supervision & have high attention to detail

    		 $ 50,000.00 to $ 50,000.00
