    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    		 Oversees shift production activities to meet production, quality and financial goals in a fast-paced automated production facility.
    PRO-File:
  • EDU: Associate degree strongly preferred. Combination of experience and education can substitute
  • EXP: Three (3) years successful supervisory experience in a modern food manufacturing facility.
  • SKILLS:Strong leadership skills; ability to achieve results through others; including those not reporting directly to this position. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite software. Detailed oriented and self-directed. Ability to take calculated risks in a short time frame using limited information. Working knowledge of food industry standards, GMP’s, 3rd party audit standards.
  • ATT: Ability to work independently and have strong leadership skills
    • COMPENSATION:
    		 $ 20.00 to $ 25.00
