  • CLER: Customer Service Representative
  • EDU: HS Diploma or Equivalency
  • EXP: Clerical, CSR experience
  • SKILLS: PC Windows; Microsoft office; ability to perform independently of direct supervision; proficient and accurate typing skills; will be required to pass a Knowlagent Aptitude Test; must have the ability to work well with fellow employees and the ability to work well under pressure
  • ATT: Dependable, reliable, outgoing, pleasant
