    		 A growing provider of billing services for the healthclub industry seeks both full-time and part-time customer service reps for their inbound call center. Duties will include taking inbound calls, general clerical / office duties as assigned.
    PRO-File:
  • CLER: Bilingual Member Services Rep
  • EDU: HS Diploma
  • SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to type 30WPM; Must accurately and effectively communicate direction with other departmental staff members both verbally and in writing
  • ATT: Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, accurate & effective communication skills - verbally and written; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions

    		 $ 11.50 to $ 11.50
