  • PRO: Call Center Manager
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
    National company seeks an experienced Call Center Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring departmental strategic goals and objectives are met; provide direction to team members and ensures client concerns are addressed promptly and resolved within company standards. Must have the ability to facilitate, coordinate and implement resolutions to meet and exceed key performance indicators. This position will supervise a team of 80+ representatives.

  • EDU: Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or a related field
  • EXP: 3+ years management experience in a call center
  • SKILLS: Familiar with AS400 & MS Office applications. Proven ability to establish, build, and maintain a rapport with clients and staff; as well as team leadership ability and experience developing productivity and service level trainings.
  • ATTRIBUTES: Must be a self-starter, multi-task oriented, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • COMPENSATION FROM - TO:
    $ 45,000.00 to $ 56,000.00
