Must have the ability to facilitate, coordinate and implement resolutions to meet and exceed key performance indicators. This position will supervise a team of 80+ representatives. |

EDU: Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or a related field
EXP: 3+ years management experience in a call center
SKILLS: Familiar with AS400 & MS Office applications. Proven ability to establish, build, and maintain a rapport with clients and staff; as well as team leadership ability and experience developing productivity and service level trainings.
ATTRIBUTES: Must be a self-starter, multi-task oriented, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills |
