  • TECH: Security and Compliance Analyst

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    		 National company seeks an experienced Director of Security, Compliance, and Privacy. This position serves as the company's chief security officer and manages IT related risk mitigation projects and programs. The four main areas of responsibility include security management, compliance, privacy, and business continuity/disaster recovery. Responsible for the development and deployment of security related policies and employee training and awareness. Responsible for insuring the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and industry regulations. Experience with PCI-DSS and PA-DSS is preferred. Responsible for the development and deployment of privacy related policies and employee training and awareness. Responsible for developing and maintaining the company's comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. Expected to stay informed on best practices, industry changes, and new security threats. Expected to use business acumen to effectively balance the demands of risk mitigation, cost, and business requirements. Minimum of 8 years experience in IT and 4 years experience in IT Security BS in computer science or related field and/or MS in computer science w/emphasis on IT security preferred CISSP, CISA, SANS Certifications preferred.
