  • PRO: Production Cell Leader
    • JOB DESCRIPTION:
    		 Established, well-known North Little Rock manufacturing plant seeks a Production Cell Leader. This person is responsible for all filling and packaging of products and reports to the Packaging Manager/Director. Will supervise the safe efficient conduct of manufacturing operations. Must be able to develop and lead a team. Will supervise and train staff and production work force in methods and procedures that maximize the efficient operation and application of the means of production. Implement improved work procedures that enhance manufacturing efficiency. Ensures compliance with GMP requirements. Will implement their quality assurance procedures and facilitate effective employee/labor relations environment within the production unit. Maintains appropriate records and complete necessary reports in a timely manner. Strive to achieve 100% attainment of the monthly production schedule while adhering to prescribed quality control standards. Will ensure that inventory objectives and new product launch date schedules are met. Supervises all production related activity in support of new product launches and restage projects. Will maintains a safe, clean work area and implement environmental programs. Will manage and implement all company policies and practices including, but not limited to, the corporation's Equal Employment Opportunity policies..

  • EXP: Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • SKILLS: Competency in MS Office software
  • ATT: Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks at once, excellent communication skills
    • COMPENSATION FROM - TO:
    		 $ 65,000.00 to $ 70,000.00
