    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    		 The Little Rock-based Product Development group of a worldwide company has an opening for a programmer/analyst position. The ideal candidate for the position will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities following: Required skills and experience: 1-2 years of experience in Software Development and System Integration. Knowledge of: Java development, Java Server Faces technology, Websphere application server, HTML development. SOA architectural design skills, Problem solving skills, Teamwork and excellent communication skills. Ability to work without significant supervision. Desired: Knowledge of banking and/or financial systems, Experience with VISA, MasterCard clearing systems, IBM System i (AS/400, iSeries, i5) system experience, knowledge of Programming in RPG/400, RPG/LE, and CL, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Banking industry experience, ITM product knowledge and experience, PC operating systems, Mobile application experience.

    		 $ 40,000.00 to $ 60,000.00
